Private Photoshoot of Katamari Fantasy Night

katamari

A recent photoshoot of some hot katamari on katamari action. What I am wondering is this: Did they play the stupid fucking music the whole time they were doing this?

[Yes I love Katamari, btw]

Rambo Poster Revealed

rambo

John Rambo. Rambo: To Hell and Back. Rambo IV: Holy War. Who gives a shit? Just give it a damn name, make a poster, drop a full length trailer in glorious quicktime and release the film. No one really cares what the film is going to be called, just that it involves gratuitous blood and violence. For that matter you could call it Rambo IV: Fluffy Bunnies Attack and we would still go see it.

Thankfully, the folks at Lionsgate and the indecisive Sly Stallone have finally tagged the fourth installment of the Rambo franchise — as simply just Rambo. They have also released a poster via IGN. You can see both the title and the poster. Hopefully they haven’t printed too many of these

Hopefully it will be as good as the first two Rambo movies and will not suck as bad as the same shortly titled Rocky Balboa, which wasn’t all that bad]. Who is John Rambo going to fight this time around? Maybe it will be Mahmoud Ahmadinejad somewhere in Iran, or Osama Bin Laden in the mountains in the middle east somewheres. Who the hell cares. Let’s hope Col. Samuel Trautman is in the movie as well, cause he was one bad mother fucker.

The World’s (Un)Luckiest Man

unluckiest man

THE SELAK ZONE

On a cold January day in 1962, a Croatian music teacher named Frane Selak was traveling from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik by train. Well, that’s where he thought he was going. Little did he know what he was actually about to embark upon a strange 40-year odyssey marked by freak accidents and near-death experiences.

The train carrying Selak in 1962 inexplicably jumped the tracks and plunged into an icy river, killing 17 passengers. Selak managed to swim back to shore, suffering hypothermia, shock, bruises, and a broken arm, but very happy to be alive…

So much for looking like Bruce Willis in Unbreakable. Maybe he can buy some botox, tummy tucks & a face lift w/his millions.

Nine Inch Nails – Record Label = Stick it to the Man

nine inch nails

Via the NiN.com website:

“Hello everyone. I’ve waited a LONG time to be able to make the following announcement: as of right now Nine Inch Nails is atotally free agent, free of any recording contract with any label. I have been under recording contracts for 18 years and have watched the business radically mutate from one thing to something inherently very different and it gives me great pleasure to be able to finally have a direct relationship with the audience as I see fit and appropriate. Look for some announcements in the near future regarding 2008. Exciting times, indeed.”

It’s about fucking time. Record labels are such shit anymore. Aside form Killswitch Engage, Nine Inch Nails albums are the only ones I will truly spend my not so hard earned cash on.

Apple officially cuts DRM-free track prices to $.99 – Engadget

apple

In a move which can only be described as unsurprising, Apple has officially announced plans to lower the price of its iTunes Plus offerings (AKA iTunes sans-DRM) to $.99, instead of the higher-priced premium of $1.29. Old Jobsy claims that the decision was made due to the popularity of the unlocked, higher quality tracks with customers, saying, “It’s been very popular with our customers, and we’re making it even more affordable…”

And yet, The Pirate Bay is still only $0.00 per song. Guess they got Apple by the balls, eh…
